Saturday Eve.

I ended up making B.L.T.'s for supper w/potato salad. I had fresh tomatoes from my garden. Should be close to the last pickings since our Fall is fast approaching. Warm days & cool nights.

The girls went to a party & so it leaves me home w/AH. We started watching Ohio State football but I ditched him for the computer & t.v. in another room.

My day was productive. I cleaned my kitchen & did laundry. Tomorrow I'm gonna vacuum all the carpets & do some more cleaning cuz I think the monster-in-laws are coming next weekend. Dread dread dread. AH has to call them to confirm their visit. They never call, they just wait for us to do all the work.

Haven't watched any news today. I'm gathering its still ugly in the south w/the Katrina aftermath. I'm glad they got rid of Brown (the FEMA moron). Bush is an idiot for appointing people that don't have the credentials (sp?)to be in these high posts. It all boils down to poor leadership. We need a woman at the helm. At least we have that 6th sense that so many men lack. The inner voice/holy spirit whatever you want to call it. We listen to it. Most men are deaf to common sense.

Since the hurricane, I haven't heard much about the Natalee Halloway story. I hope they put away the jerks who have messed w/her disappearance.
